You warrant that you have the legal right to submit such content and that it does not violate any laws. Arhant Solutions is not responsible for any content that you submit.

    7. The Arhant Solutions mobile app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Arhant Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app.
  7. Limitation of liability
    8. Arhant Solutions shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Arhant Solutions and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

    10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  10. Severability
    11. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  11. Entire agreement
    12. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Arhant Solutions with respect to the Arhant Solutions mobile app.
